Having worked in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa in the Insurance, FMCG and distribution, and manufacturing entities in various roles, (Internal Auditor, Credit controller, Risk and Process Analyst, Operations finance, Country accountant and Finance manager)
Dexter has spearheaded new business startup in Zambia in the distribution and new acquisitions in South Africa in the manufacturing sector. Dexter, lead the ISO certification of one manufacturing entity in Zimbabwe. Introducing remarkable measure in production and process efficiency, detailing process behaviors and ensuring continuous improvement. Also worked on crafting, implementing, and enforcing internal controls in the internal audit department.
